As part of ADCom team, the role is able to convert brief into story concepts, visually appealing layout and visualize and create engaging content for Agency Division audience.

**Job Responsibilities **/ Phạm vi công việc

**Scope 1**:To create visual concepts to communicate ideas or stories that inspire and engage agents to achieve overall business goals.**

(Lên hình ảnh thiết kế để truyền tải thông tin và tăng cường tương tác, hỗ trợ lực lượng đại lý đạt mục tiêu kinh doanh)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide creative design solutions that meet business needs such as creating moodboard, sketch, layouts, and visuals for designs.

Làm việc với các team dự án và đề xuất các giải pháp sáng tạo về hình ảnh như: lên moodboard, sketch, và bố cục cho thiết kế hình ảnh phù hợp với mục tiêu của dự án,

According to the needs, adapt concepts into visualizations that all work produced internally or externally, is delivered to a high quality, and on time.

Cụ thể hóa ý tưởng bằng hình ảnh dựa theo yêu cầu, đảm bảo các thiết kế và giải pháp sáng tạo nội dung được thực hiện chất lượng, và đúng deadline.

Finalize designs before to manufacturing, specify technical requirements and standards for products or gifts, including but not limited to create logos, visuals, other POSM designs as required and choose acceptable colors and layouts for each image

Lên quy cách, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật sản phẩm/ quà tặng hoàn thiện thiết kế trước khi sản xuất, bao gồm phát triển logo nhận diện, các thiết kế POSM khác kèm theo và sử dụng màu sắc và bố cục thích hợp cho từng hình ảnh.

Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table and improve efficiency and productivity.

**Scope 2: Be strong source of ideas during brainstorming sessions, contributing thumbnail sketches and other visual designs for capturing ideas on various communication platforms.**

Come up with concepts for gift packages, card messages and production-ready design specs.

Create content for social posts and guide the visual direction for social posts; layout and content of a newsletter and invitations while making sure it complies with project goals.

**Job Accountability **/ Trách nhiệm chính

This role will be responsible for design & idea concept to delivering high quality and innovative graphic content. Should have expert knowledge of developing new design concept, professional approach to time and deadline.

**Qualifications **/ Bằng cấp

Bachelor degree in Graphic Designs is preferred

Ưu tiên bằng cấp chuyên ngành về thiết kế

**Knowledge and skill **/ Kiến thức và kỹ năng

At least 2 years of experience in graphic design experience and working in internal communication or digital marketing.

Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm về thiết kế, truyền thông nội bộ hoặc Tiếp thị kỹ thuật số

Excellent in Canva, Capcut, Adobe software, Photosh
