**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC CHI TIẾT**:
**Điều phối các bộ phận liên quan hàng hoá**:

- Hàng hoá và điều chuyển hàng hoá:

- Phối hợp triển khai và các chứng từ cần thiết giữa brand team và các bộ phận liên quan trong việc kiểm đếm và quản lý hàng tồn kho
- Phối hợp để triển khai kế hoạch điều phối của hàng hóa theo kế hoạch của merchandise giữa các kho hàng và các điểm bán.
- Phối hợp triển khai chứng từ chuyển đổi và phân loại hàng hoá theo kế hoạch của merchandise với các điểm bán và các bộ phận liên quan.
- Triển khai trong quá trình thiết kế nhãn sản phẩm, đảm bảo sự phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn thương hiệu (mã QR, nhãn giá sản phẩm và giá cả)
- Hoa hồng/thưởng nhân viên:

- Phối hợp với Quản lý bán lẻ kiểm tra bảng chấm công hàng tháng khi có yêu cầu
- Phối hợp với Quản lý bán lẻ để triển khai ghi nhận doanh thu cá nhân/ cửa hàng để triển khai các chính sách thưởng, hoa hồng của nhãn hàng

**Truyền thông**:

- Nội bộ/ Internal_
- Thông báo các chương trình và hoạt động của nhãn đến các điểm bán và các bộ phận liên quan
- Liên hệ với các bộ phận liên quan trong công ty để triển khai các hoạt động liên quan nhãn hàng
- Nhãn hàng/ Brand Principal_
- Là đại diện liên hệ cùng với Quản lý nhãn (GBM) tại ViệtNam với Brand Principal
- Tiếp nhận các guideline Vm từ vùng để triển khai xuống cho các điểm bán, đảm bảo sự phù hợp theo tiêu chuẩn VM đưa ra.
- Phối hợp CS xử lý các yêu cầu chăm sóc khách hàng/ khiếu nại..
- Đại diện liên hệ và phối hợp với Quản lý nhãn hàng để triển khai cho các hoạt động xây dựng và thiết lập cửa hàng mới.
- Đại diện theo dõi và phối hợp với vùng để triển khai toàn bộ các khoản thanh toán của nhãn hàng.

**Khác**:

- Phối hợp xây dựng các quy định, quy trình, thủ tụcđể phục vụ các công việc vận hành của nhãn hàng
- Thực hiện các đề xuất liên quan đến hành chánh và công tác của các thành viên trong nhãn
- Hoàn thành tất cả các mẫu báo cáo theo yêu cầu của bên hãng và các báo cáo tuần, tháng, quý, năm theo đúng thời hạn quy định.
- Báo cáo trực tiếp cho Giám đốc nhóm nhãn hàng.
- Thực hiện những công việc khác được giao từ cấp trên.
Required experience/ Skill detail
- Bằng đại học / cao đẳng về Quản trị kinh doanh, Kinh tế hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Hơn 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong trợ lý Quản lý thương hiệu / Quản lý sản phẩm.
- Có kinh nghiệm trong Bán lẻ / Thời trang / Mỹ phẩm / Kinh doanh cao cấp.
- Kỹ năng tốt trong quản lý, giao tiếp, tổ chức, đàm phán và giải quyết vấn đề.
