- Ensure technology strategies and roadmaps follow ofi Country IT manager, Global IT guidelines, standard.
- Ensuring technology solutions meet business needs, IT Trouble shooting: Planning, maintain and troubleshoot for software, hardware for end users. Planning and implementation of additions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure of the plants.
- Leading the local IT team and ensuring they have the resources they need to be successful
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and security standards as request of ofi IT Country Manager, IT Global.
- Overseeing the implementation of new technology solutions.
- Managing vendor relationships
- Staying up-to-date with technology trends and advancements to submit to IT Country Manager and the Business Unit to remain competitive.
- Evaluating and understanding the current business processes to identify opportunities for digital enhancement.
- Collaborating with IT Country Manager and business stakeholders to integrate new technologies into existing systems.
- Strategic planning and budgeting skills
- Background education: Computer sciences - IT Engineering
- 3-5 years special in food industrial, used to work with manufacturing.
- Technical skill: Data analyst, Logical thinking, Window Server VA security update/patching, LAN/WAN, SSL/VPN, GMPLS/MPLS SDWAN, network equipment such as Firewall, Routers, Switches installation, configuration and support, Cloud computing system: Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Microsoft platform. CCNA, MCSA Certificate, or and CCNP, MCSE are advantage
- English skill: Intermediate
