- Ensure the assistance is being provided at all times to customers and guests and their stays are comfortable and memorable. Maintains and controls the use of the luggage room, ensuring that luggage is properly stored and labeled at all times. Arranges and prepares information on Special Events or Hotel Services to be bulletined. Provide services and information to guests that are most accurate and up to date possible, and are delivered to the guests in the most meaningful way. Handles or resolves any guest complaints and establishes good relationships with guests and clients of the Hotel.Yêu cầu chung:
