Công việc yêu cầu một Engineering có am hiểu chuyên sâu và khả năng dựa trên các nền tảng công nghệ về Storage từ OpenSource đến Enterprise phối hợp cùng đội ngũ phát triển phần mềm để xây dựng tính năng về Block Storage, Object Storage, File Storage cung cấp cho các đối tượng khách hàng từ SMB đến Enterprise đang sử dụng nền điện toán đám mấy của VNG Cloud. Các trách nhiệm như sau:

- Tham gia đội nhóm nghiên cứu ,phát triển và xây dựng trực tiếp các sản phẩm Storage trong hệ sinh thay VNG Cloud đảm bảo các yếu tố về Stablity, Avaibility, Scalable... cho sản phẩm. Hiện tại các sản phẩm storage đang tập các nhóm Opensource như Ceph, Minio, Swift, Linstore... và đang định hướng đến các kiến trúc fabric về NVMoF.
- Phối hợp và hỗ trợ các đội phát triển phần mềm trong việc xây dựng sản phẩm đến người dùng cũng như tham gia xử lý sự cố mức Level 2 cấp độ chuyên gia khi cần thiết.
- Trách nhiệm trong xây dựng tài liệu và công cụ vận hành hệ thống cho đội hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và Training tập thể của VNG Cloud cho các giải pháp mới.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Yều cầu kinh nghiệm vận hành các môi trường hệ điều hành Windows và Unix/Linux, có khả năng xử lý các vấn đề chuyên sâu như bug firmware, hardware, networking... trên windows/linux.
- Có kinh nghiệm trong triển khai và vận hành hệ thống sử dụng cộng nghệ Storage trong môi trường Virtualize như SAN (NetApp, EMC, HP, DELL...), Ceph, Openstack Swift, Minio, Cloudian, SwiftStack....
- Có kinh nghiệm từ vận hành đến ý tưởng có thể xây dựng giải pháp Cloud Storage như Google, AWS, Azure là một lợi thế
- Có kinh nghiệm triển khai, vận hành hệ thống chạy trên nền tảng container như Docker, Kubernetes là một yêu cầu cần thiết.
- Am hiểu từ sử dụng đến khai thác công cụ triển khai hệ thống hàng loạt như Ansible/Puppet/juJu/Terraform
- Kinh nghiệm trong vận hành các hệ thống giám sát và phân tích log như Splunk, ELK, Gralog Grafana, Zabbix, Check-mk
- Có kinh nghiệm trong các sản phẩm phục vụ cho lớp ứng dụng như loadbalacning (nginx/haproxy), Database (mysql, Postgres, SQL Server ) clustering mode.
- Kiến thức network routing, switching ở mức CCNA là một bắt buộc. Ưu thế nếu có kinh nghiệm thiết kế hệ thống trong các mảng Storage Networking như FCP, FCoE, NVMeoF, iSCSI, NFS...
