Maintain server, upgrade, secure, system backups and disaster recovery preparation.

Support implementation and planning of deletions, additions and major changes to support infrastructure.

Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.

Recommend software and hardware solutions comprising of upgrades and new acquisitions.

Maintain and secure passwords, file system security and data integrity for production servers environment.

Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations.

Manage entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies.

Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.

Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.

Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

Ensures that the IT is in compliance with relevant ISO standards and guidelines related to quality management, social and environmental responsibility and risk management.

Certified in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.

Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Comptia, Linux certification.

At least two years' experience in a similar role.

Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.

Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.

Effective communication, and time management skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Manages workplace safety, performs quality control inspections and audits IT systems.
