**ABOUT THE TEAM**:
**Antenor Business Management System (ABMS)**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Optimize and improve the performance of existing features and functionalities.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and trends to continuously enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

**Your skills and experience**:
**Requirements**:

- ** 3-4 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.**:

- Proficiency in frontend technologies
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for frontend development.
- Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Experience with testing frameworks and practices.
- English proficiency at least at an intermediate level.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Knowledge of AngularJS for frontend development (Experience with ReactJS is a plus).
- Previous experience in transitioning from one frontend technology to another in a production environment.
- Knowing ReactJS is a plus because we're planning to adopt ReactJS in the future. The transition will be gradual, working in parallel with AngularJS.
