We are looking for Director Revenue & Reservation - Villa Le Corail, A Gran Melia Hotel (Nha Trang, Vietnam)

**Mission**
Responsible for maximizing the Resort's revenue and profit by implementing strategies that drive sales and increase occupancy. This role requires a deep understanding of the Resort industry, including market trends, competition, and customer behaviors.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Design the hotel’s Revenue Management strategy to maximize on all revenue opportunities
- Responsible for driving commercial performance of the hotel
- Responsible for the design of the segment pricing strategy
- Analyse daily, weekly and monthly pick up reports and market trends from the different perspectives of market segment, source of business, room type, point of sale, etc., to ensure constant optimization of the pricing strategy.
- Responsible for the design of a pricing strategy and room type supplement strategy that maximizes revenue from superior rooms and rooms with attribute. Monitor the performance of typologies, designing action plans for categories whose performance is not in line with expectations.
- Leading their hotel’s upselling strategy at the three key moments: booking, pre-arrival and arrival at the hotel.
- Oversee and validate the group and event quotation process, ensuring that the operations team follow pricing instructions.
- Responsible for the generation of weekly and periodic forecasts for their hotel.

**Main Requirements**
- Previous Director of Revenue or Revenue Manager of 5* hotels/resorts - International hotel chain.
- Experience minimum 3 years at Revenue roles
- Fluent English (Speaking and writing)
