**Job description**:
**Responsibilities for Data Scientist**
- Participate in the entire lifecycle of data science projects, from problem definition to solution delivery, and maintenance.
- Develop, test, and evaluate data hypotheses, methods, and models using appropriate techniques and tools.
- Collaborate with engineers to implement scalable and robust data pipelines and systems.
- Stay updated on the latest research and trends in data science.
- Analyze client data and business needs to identify opportunities and propose data-driven solutions.
- Communicate and present your findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Lead data science projects as well as provide guidance/mentorship to junior data scientists.

**Responsibilities for Data Analyst**
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain derived databases/data systems
- Identify the business data needed to produce the most useful insights and future analytics
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using necessary statistical techniques
- Assist with the creation of regular analytic dashboards using standard tools if necessary
- Support analytic needs of specific management or governance processes or operational areas
- Work closely with data science project teams and process stakeholders to understand business and identify information needs
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to the stakeholders
- Collaborate, support and partner with teams across the enterprise
- Contribute to more effective data practice, standards, training, and ongoing updates.

**Your skills and experience**:
**Requirements Data Scientist**
- Have experience in leading data science team.
- Experience in **Big Data**, cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Familiar with working with Agile process.
- A deep understanding of a specific domain or industry vertical (insurance, logistics, ).
- Experience in Solution Design.
- Be able to communicate in Japanese.

**Requirements Data Analyst**
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a MUST
- Proficiency in programming languages like SQL and/or Python
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
- Working experience in at least one vertical domain
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to report findings clearly
- Working experience in healthcare or logistics domain is a big plus
