SecOps:

- Implement and maintain security best practices in all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Identify vulnerabilities and mitigate security risks.
- Develop and maintain security tools and scripts for continuous monitoring and threat detection.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Code Release Management:

- Lead and manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of our continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance the development lifecycle.
- Manage and scale cloud-based infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, Google Cloud.
- Maintain and improve configuration management systems and infrastructure as code practices.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE):

- Enhance system reliability by designing and implementing monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies.
- Plan and execute disaster recovery drills and develop resilience strategies for critical services.
- Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

General:

- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to DevOps and cloud computing.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the DevOps team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals and projects.
- Reporting to: Country Manager, Development Director

**Requirement**:

- Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese (Fluent)

AND : Working Proficiency in English communication (TOEIC 800+ or IELTS 6+)
- Qualifications:
○ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

○ 4+ years of experience as a DevOps/SecOps Engineer or similar role.

○ Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, IBM Cloud.

○ Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IAC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

○ Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

○ Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

○ Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).

○ Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

○ Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.

○ Solid understanding of networking and security principles.

○ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

○ Strong communication and collaboration skills.

○ Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.

○ Experience handling multiple projects at the same time

○ Preferred: Experience with Jira and Atlassian tools
