RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide HR professional advices to business leaders to facilitate growth & expansion in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and drive HR strategy & initiatives, processes & best practices to bridge gaps and uplift HR services & standards.
- Drive talent strategy including employer branding, talent acquisition, talent assessment, succession planning, talent development, leadership development and talent retention.
- Develop company training strategies to ensure training is effective to drive business goals. Key accountabilities include designing effective training follow up actions to ensure transfer of training to workplace, training needs are identified to meet business needs, training plan is implemented to meet milestones, and internal trainers are certified.
- Develop and implement manpower planning and recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing level.
- Build performance management system to drive accountability and high performance.
- Implement Corporate Culture to drive employee engagement, diversity and inclusion and high performance culture.
- Proactively manage employee relations including providing timely response to employee concerns; taking actions to resolve worker conflicts, improve management and worker relationship, raise worker satisfaction level; maintaining regular employee communication programs; managing employee engagement activities, and trade union relationship; and preparing accurate and timely report and record.
- Oversee the maintenance of compliance with all employees’ files. Ensure data integrity and compile reports for regular and ad hoc management review as needed.
- Implement Group HR strategies including GASA reporting, job grading, management trainee programs, corporate culture, group training, HRIS, employee engagement survey etc. to ensure effective execution and timely completion.
- Develop HR team capabilities and HR talent and successors.
- Deliver mobility services and manage mobility function according to group policies.
- Develop and improve HR systems, policies and processes and align with group direction.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- University Degree or above in HR or related disciplines.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in HR field. Good track record in handling full range of HR functions.
- Proven track record in developing and implementation of HR strategies.
- Prior experience in talent development, delivery of HR services, and improving HR processes is essential.
- Strong in HR analytics, project management, stakeholder management and group facilitation.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership competencies and consulting skills.
- Demonstrate excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skillful in resolving conflicts and developing solutions to complex problems.
