We are looking for a senior digital marketing associate with strong planning and organizational skills, solid understanding of SEO, and background in content is preferred. You must have a sharp eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing a content specialist and a digital marketing executive.
- You will support the line manager to develop and implement the digital marketing strategy to promote Got It's websites, social media platforms, apps...
- Implement SEO strategies, use SEO tools and manage SEO content freelancers to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
- Manage and the digital marketing campaign calendar during always-on projects and seasonal campaigns
- Be hands-on with the execution of the content strategy; make sure that all web content and social content would be aligned with strategy and brand guidelines before publishing.
- Coordinate tightly with the performance specialist, proactively sharing learnings and channel performance insights to optimize paid ads campaign.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and support ongoing experiments and integrated campaigns at key seasonal moments.
- Manage a reporting/dashboard system to monitor the performance of SEO and social marketing campaigns.
- Stay abreast of digital trends that will reach and engage Got It’s target audiences.

- At least 3 years of experience in communication, digital marketing, branding or related fields; used to work at digital marketing agency is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- You must have a sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiar with media databases and spreadsheets.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, able to independently execute with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
