Hostess Cashier

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a

**Hostess cum Cashier**

Based on Vo Van Tan, D3, HCMC

Working hours: 8 hours/day

**1. Responsibilities**:

- Greeting guests politely and escorting them to their respective tables, pulling seats for
- them, and ensuring that they are comfortable.
- Remember regular guests, and where possible address them by name.
- Assist in answering all telephone calls and taking reservations of the guests in a polite
- and effective manner
- Assist the service staff during peak time
- Properly record all sales transactions of food and beverage;
- Print out bills accordingly and present them nicely in the folder;
- Ensure all cash/card transactions are accurate;
- Make changes, cash changes, and issue receipts to the Guests;
- Keep the work area tidy and clean
- Record amounts received and prepare reports of transactions;
- Read and record the total shown on shift reports and verify again the total number of
- cash and card transactions;
- Report shifts and secure the money safely;
- Strictly to all policies and procedures of the company

**2. Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, F&B, Tourism or Customer service
- Good English or other language plus
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Experience with Accounting is a plus
