The position holder is responsible for:
1. Being contact point to advise, propose và co-ordinate with related functions to amend and set up regulations, policies in line with the practical operation of the units and changes in relevant legal regulations.
2. Being contact point to report, manage, analyse, propose the setting up and amendment of regulations, policies, processes, guidances.

- Commitment to service quality (SLAs) assigned.

**Key Accountabilities (2)**:

2- Take the main responsibility for the work;
- Analyze, propose, develop, adjust, advise and compile policies, regulations, processes and guidelines (actively or at the request of the Unit) in accordance with the organizational structure from time to time. period, in accordance with the regulations.
- The focal point for implementing work related to regulations, policies, guidelines.. such as: organizing project participation, training, communication, guidance, consulting... according to actual requirements or when requested. request.
- HR representative (as assigned) to work in coordination with other Units or partners outside TCB to implement work related to regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures... to ensure compliance in line with job requirements and annual human budget.
- The focal point for reporting, storing, managing and controlling, proposing.. information related to regulations, policies, procedures, guidelines of HR department.
- Ensure that the information on policies, regulations, procedures, instructions.. (after receiving approval from the competent authority is updated on the intranet of the Division of Human Resources Management, TCB.
- Update information about changes in the Bank's policies and the policies/laws of the State to make recommendations to adjust HR policies accordingly.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of Policy Regulations after revision/promulgation. Consulting và recommending solutions.

**Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:

Domain Expertise
- More than 07 years of experience specializing in strategy, human resource policy, labor law or general human resource management experience
- Understanding the organization: Understand the structure of functions and tasks of the units throughout the system; Understand core values; Understanding TCB's vision/mission

Understanding HR's products:

- Understand the requirements of service types và service quality of the Human Resources Management Division for the system hệ
- Understand product và service quality requirements from tasks within the scope of responsibility

Understanding the rules/operating procedures in the unit
- Understanding of regulations/operating procedures in coordination with HR Centers và units in the system according to current Processes/regulations
