**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 30 - 40 triệu VNĐ)
Xây dựng và phát triển hệ thống BI Portal

Thu thập yêu cầu nghiệp vụ từ các phòng ban, chuyển hóa thành báo cáo BI và dashboard trực quan trên các công cụ như Power BI, Looker, Tableau.

Xây dựng kho dữ liệu lớn. Tổ chức, tổng hợp dữ liệu từ các hệ thống khác nhau (bán hàng, DMS, kế toán...) vào hệ thống kho dữ liệu này thông qua API hoặc các công cụ khác.

Tối ưu hóa quy trình ETL (Extract - Transform - Load) và đảm bảo hệ thống dữ liệu hoạt động chính xác, ổn định.

Đề xuất các giải pháp công nghệ phục vụ triển khai hệ thống BI

Phân tích dữ liệu và cung cấp insight

Phân tích chuyên sâu các dữ liệu có ý nghĩa liên quan đến bán hàng, sản phẩm, phân khúc, đối tượng khách hàng nhằm hỗ trợ chiến lược kinh doanh.

Xây dựng mô hình phân tích dự báo, đánh giá hiệu suất kinh doanh và cung cấp các báo cáo chuyên sâu cho lãnh đạo.

Sử dụng Python để xử lý, phân tích và khai thác dữ liệu lớn hiệu quả.

Vai trò BA - Thu thập và phân tích yêu cầu dữ liệu

Làm việc trực tiếp với các bộ phận để xác định nhu cầu phân tích dữ liệu và đề xuất giải pháp BI phù hợp.

Phân tích và chuẩn hóa yêu cầu để tích hợp dữ liệu giữa các hệ thống riêng lẻ và hệ thống dữ liệu chung của doanh nghiệp.

Ứng dụng công nghệ và AI(Ưu tiên)

Xây dựng mô hình dự đoán xu hướng về doanh thu, hành vi khách hàng, tồn kho, giá cả sản phẩm, giúp doanh nghiệp ra quyết định kịp thời và chính xác.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Trình độ học vấn:
Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Hệ thống thông tin/Công nghệ thông tin, Toán thống kê, hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.

Kinh nghiệm làm việc:
Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Data Analysis và xây dựng hệ thống BI Portal.

Có kinh nghiệm tổ chức và tích hợp dữ liệu từ nhiều nguồn khác nhau vào cơ sở dữ liệu chung.

Có khả năng làm việc như Business Analyst (BA), thu thập yêu cầu và chuyển hóa thành giải pháp phân tích dữ liệu.

Kỹ năng và kiến thức chuyên môn:
Thành thạo các công cụ phân tích và trực quan hóa dữ liệu như: Power BI, Tableau, Looker.

Kỹ năng lập trình Python, excel để xử lý và phân tích dữ liệu.

Hiểu biết về API và quy trình ETL để tổ chức và tích hợp dữ liệu từ nhiều hệ thống.

Kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu chuyên sâu, cung cấp insight về bán hàng, sản phẩm, khách hàng.

Ưu tiên:
Có hiểu biết về AI và khả năng xây dựng mô hình dự đoán các xu thế về doanh thu, tồn kho, khách hàng và giá cả sản phẩm là một lợi thế lớn.

Yêu cầu khác:
Kỹ năng giao tiếp, tư duy logic và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.

Tinh thần làm việc độc lập và khả năng phối hợp nhóm hiệu quả.
