We are seeking a talented Marketing & Communication Intern for Pullman Hanoi with a strong emphasis on social photography and videography skills to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing and communication while showcasing your creative abilities in visual storytelling

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually engaging content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute photo and video shoots to capture compelling visuals that align with our brand identity and messaging.
- Assist in the creation of multimedia content for marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and other tactical promotions.
- Edit and enhance photos and videos using industry-standard software tools to ensure high-quality output.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in hospitality industry and best practices in social photography and videography to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.
- Support the marketing team in various projects and initiatives as needed, including content creation, copywriting, and community engagement.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Visual Arts, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in photography and videography, with a portfolio demonstrating your skills and creativity.
- Proficient in using phone, cameras, video cameras, and editing software
- Excellent eye for detail, composition, and storytelling through visuals.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices for content creation and engagement.
