The HPV Vaccines Lead is a key team leadership role, who reports directly to Business Unit Director, and leading marketing team full responsibility and accountability over the development of the commercial strategy involving all key stakeholders across ecosystem. This person is a part of leadership and has responsible to lead and develop reporting managers. This is a prime opportunity to enhance commercial leadership, enterprise mindset and interpersonal leadership.

**Achievement of business objectives within promotional budgets.** **Ensure Brand deliverables are met.** **Development, implementation & delivery of Brand strategies and tactical implementation**
- Communication and coordination with the sales team and other stakeholders such as Medical, Regulatory, communication partners etc.
- Carrying out monthly demand forecasting.

**Implementation control and project management**
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and making recommendations for improvements or changes as necessary
- Management of product resources
- Ensure that all of marketing programs will be compliance with internal policy as well to will be align to short/long term strategies across products.

**Market and competitor intelligence**
- Competitor intelligence analysis with the assistance of the Competitor Insights business partner.
- Analysis of market trends and sales potential. Preparation of sales forecasts for use in planning manufacturing operations, inventory control & target set up for sale team.

**Customer centric deliverables**
- Identification of Brand & therapeutic experts for the organization.
- Acting as Brand expert & being available to customer facing & customer supporting roles.
- Delivery of a unique customer experience & development of Brand loyalty including the review of Identified customer needs with regard to the Brand, & the recommendation of services that may help meet identified needs

**Key communications to**
- Internal stakeholders & business partners, including Finance, Medical, Training, Medical Information
- Key Customers / opinion leaders
- Supply agencies.
- Regional/Global Franchise colleagues

**Ensure all business activity complies with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards**

**_ Desired Experience/Education: _**
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
- Experience in digital marketing for young moms and baby stuff is preferred.
- Fluent in English communication
- Educational background: Pharmacy/ Economic/ Marketing
- Functional Knowledge: Product Knowledge, Marketing principles
- Strong competencies in Strategic management, Brand management and Communication management
- Leadership Behaviors: Focus on Customers Including Patients, Act with Courage and Candor, Make Rapid, Disciplined Decisions, Foster Collaboration, Drive Results, Build Talent, Demonstrate Ethics & Integrity
