- Support tasks include installation, upgrade, monitor, performance tunning, troubleshooting, High Avaiablity

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Database skill: from 2 years experience in Oracle and MySQL or MariaDB or Cassandra
- Linux skill: from 1 years experience with maintence linux system, how to troubleshoot issue relate to CPU high, Memory, DISK, familiar with cron job, able to write simple shell scripts
- Able to use third party database administrator tools such as Toad, Spotlight Oracle
- Excellent communication skills, customer focus, problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and grow

Followings are plus:

- Knowlege about Amazon service (cloud watch, EC2, RDS)
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Network, Middleware/ Application server environments.
