- Chủ trì xây dựng kế hoạch công việc của tổ phần mềm theo tuần/tháng/quí đảm bảo chắc chắn rằng tất cả các công việc trong tổ được hoàn thành đạt hiệu quả và thời gian đề ra, đáp ứng yêu cầu chung của Phòng, Công ty;
- Tham gia các dự án tin học hóa của công ty;
- Tham gia nghiên cứu xây dựng các giải pháp về công nghệ thống tin nhằm ứng dụng vào các công tác quản lý điều hành, công tác phục vụ bay.
- Thiết lập, duy trì và phát triển càc mối quan hệ với các cơ quan hữu quan nhằm đạt được sự hỗ trợ để giải quyết các công việc nhanh chóng;
- Kiểm tra đánh giá chất lượng
- Soạn thảo các văn bản, qui định liên quan đến lĩnh vực công việc được giao;
- Quản lý và phân công công việc cho nhân viên trong Tổ phần mềm.
- Đảm bảo an toàn, tính chính xác dữ liệu trong các chương trình phần mềm của công ty.
- Sao lưu dữ liệu định kỳ cho các chương trình phần mềm ứng dụng.
- Đọc và thấu hiểu các nội qui, qui định, chế độ liên quan đến người lao động và trang thiết bị để thực hiện công tác quản trị nguồn lực của Tổ IT phần mềm một cách hiệu quả nhất.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp trên giao.
- _Set up planning of works for IT Software section following by week / month / quarter to make sure that all works are completed efficiently and timely to meet the general requirements of department, company; _
- _Participate in the computerization project of the company; _
- _Establish, maintain and develop relationships with the relevant authorities in order to gain support to solve the work quickly; _
- _Check and evaluate service quality. _
- _Draft of documents, regulations related to assigned work areas; _
- _Manage and assign works to employees in the IT software section. _
- _Ensure safety, accuracy data in the software programs of the company. _
- _Back up data periodically for the software programs _
- _Read and understand the rules, regulations, relating to the labor and equipment to perform the work of resources management of IT software section for the most effective one. _
- _Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager_

**Requirements**:

- Trình độ học vấn: tốt nghiệp Đại học;
- Được đào tạo chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin phần mềm, toán kinh tế, tin học quản lý
- Tiếng Anh: điểm TOEIC 400 hoặc chứng chỉ tương đương
- Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng;
- Năng động, chu đáo, cẩn thận, có tinh thần trách nhiệm;
- Đọc hiểu được tài liệu, hồ sơ, sách chuyên môn bằng tiếng Anh.
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập hoặc theo nhóm
- Có năng lực bô sung về: An ninh hàng không, Hàng hóa nguy hiểm, An toàn sân đỗ, An toàn lao động, Phần mềm quản lý của công ty, Các lớp chuyên đề về IT Management Skills Supervisory skills
- Cẩn thận, tự tin, năng động, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao;
- Có thái độ làm việc tích cực.

- _Professional training in information technology-Software, econometrics, information technology management _
- _English certification: TOEIC score 400 or equivalent certificates _
- _Proficiency in relevant computer software - MS Office; _
- _Dynamic, attentive, careful and responsible _
- _Read and comprehend work related documents/ records/ textbooks in English _
- _Ability to work independently or as part of a team _
- _Additional management skill: Aviation safety - SMS, Dangerous goods regulations, Ramp safety, Occupational safety and health training, Management software of company, Topics about IT Management Skills _
- _Carefulness, confident, dynamic, responsibility; _
- _Positive attitude in working and management_
