The job holder is responsible for building, managing, participating in the development of one of the following areas:
a. IS Practice: Evaluate deployment, develop security solutions/Design, test information security/Ensure compliance with security standards (of Vietnam and International)
b. IS Administration: Manage and directly participate in administrative activities on identity and access security/network security/endpoint services and data security
d. IS Red team: Manage and directly perform testing attack activities for technology systems to detect vulnerabilities/weaknesses and provide solution guidance.
e. IS Monitoring: Monitor detecting all attack events/incidents as quickly as possible (realtime) based on events aggregated from security systems as well as other technology components.Then alert relevant departments to investigate and react to that event/incident.

- Xây dựng, duy trì, tối ưu chính sách/tập luật/cấu hình ANTT cho các giải pháp đảm bảo ANTT về Endpoint Security (AD/Azure, GPO, O365, Mail Gateway, AV,).
- Phối hợp quản trị hệ thống phòng chống mã độc, hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề liên quan tới mã độc trên các hệ thống máy chủ, máy trạm.
- Tham gia xây dựng, rà soát và hỗ trợ thực thi các chính sách, quy trình, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật liên quan tới an toàn thông tin.
- Tham gia xây dựng/cập nhật Ma trận phân quyền của các hệ thống của ngân hàng
- Tham gia xây dựng các yêu cầu, giải pháp/biện pháp, tài liệu nhằm kiểm soát về mặt phân quyền trên các hệ thống của ngân hàng.
- Thẩm định, đánh giá, rà soát:

- Công tác thực thi phân quyền đảm bảo tuân thủ theo Ma trận phân quyền.
- Công tác cấp phát, thu hồi tài khoản đặc quyền trên các hệ thống công nghệ.
- Các yêu cầu ngoại lệ liên quan đến định danh, quyền truy cập trên các hệ thống công nghệ
- Các yêu cầu thay đổi trên các giải pháp đảm bảo ANTT về quản lý định danh và truy cập
- Quản trị rủi ro và tuân thủ
- Đánh giá, nhận diện rủi ro của bộ phận trong quá trình hoạt động, đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng các quy trình, quy định của ngân hàng. Phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan xử lý rủi ro.
- Thực hiện các hoạt động xử lý rủi ro theo các báo cáo của các bộ phận kiểm toán bên trong/bên ngoài Ngân hàng.

**Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học, chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin/Điện tử viễn thông.
- Kinh nghiệm triển khai, quản trị, vận hành về mặt chính sách cấu hình ANTT tối thiểu 01 năm tại các ngân hàng/định chế tài chính/dịch vụ/viễn thông.
- Có kiến thức về các giải pháp ANTT về thiết bị đầu cuối (**AD/Azure**/GPO, O365,** Mail Gateway, AV/CoretexXDR/Prisma Cloud,) và chuyên sâu một trong các giải pháp trên.
- Hiểu biết về kiến trúc mạng và bảo mật mạng, có khả năng phân tích lỗ hổng bảo mật liên quan tới ANTT cho thiết bị đầu cuối (máy chủ/máy trạm).
- Có chứng chỉ liên quan của các hãng như (AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, Paloalto,...) là 1 lợi thế

- Kỹ năng xử lý công việc độc lập
