- Participate in researching, developing, and improving the company's software products.
- Evaluate and analyze detailed business processes, write documentation describing business processes, and prepare user requirements (Product Backlog, User Stories, System Requirement Specification, etc.).
- Anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, propose, develop, and implement practical solutions. Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of design documents, instructions, business processes, as well as related project documents when required.
- Monitor the project development progress and ensure timely completion according to the plan.
- Establish good connections between customers and relevant parties.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Understand the company's products and interpret and present content in a logical and understandable manner for customers.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in business analysis in the IT industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong logical thinking, quick understanding and grasp of technology.
- Proficient in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and BA Tools (Visio, Axure, Balsamiq, or Figma).
- Strong skills in teamwork, analysis, design, communication, and presentation.
- Proactive, creative, and positive attitude towards work.
