Địa chỉ làm việc: Lô HC đường D2, Khu công nghệ cao, Phường Tăng Nhơn Phú B, Thành phố Thủ Đức, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Thời gian làm việc: Thứ hai đến thứ sáu - 8h30 đến 17h30 (nghỉ trưa 12h00 đến 13h00)

Thu nhập thỏa thuận khi phỏng vấn (Khung 13 - 15 triệu)

Thử việc 100% lương

- MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
+ Nhận đơn hàng từ nhà phân phối, xử lý thông tin và ghi nhận vào hệ thống theo dõi.

+ Gửi đơn hàng đến nhà cung cấp với độ chính xác và đúng thời gian quy định

+ Theo dõi tình trạng đơn hàng, cập nhập thông tin cho các bộ phận liên quan.

+ Thực hiện thao tác nhập hàng vào hệ thống tồn kho.

+ Theo dõi và nhận chứng từ thanh toán từ nhà cung cấp.

+ Chuẩn bị bộ chứng từ hoàn chỉnh và đảm bảo việc thanh toán được thực hiện theo điều khoản của hợp đồng.

+ Theo dõi, quản lý các chỉ số hoạt động chính cho sản phẩm Dầu nhớt, Sơn và Vỏ xe Mercedes-Benz, bao gồm của phòng ban cũng như nhà cung cấp.

+ Chịu trách nhiệm lưu trữ các chứng từ liên quan.

YÊU CẦU:

- Đã tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học
- Tiếng Anh tốt
- Cận thận, siêng năng, có trách nhiệm và chịu được áp lực công việc
- Có kinh nghiệm công việc tương đương
- Ưu tiên các bạn có kiến thức về dòng sản phẩm dầu nhớt/ sơn/ phụ tùng xe hơi

Loại hình công việc: Toàn thời gian

Mục lương: 13.000.000₫ - 15.000.000₫ một tháng
