**Job description**:
**Translation and Interpretation**:

- Collaborate with the sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Customize solutions based on customer feedback and requirements.
- Translate technical documents, user manuals, and software documentation from Vietnamese to Japanese and vice versa.
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, conferences, and video calls to facilitate effective communication between Japanese and Vietnamese teams.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and change requests.
- Generate regular reports on project status, milestones achieved, and metrics.

**Project Planning and Execution**:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal PM to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Work with internal PM to allocate resources and coordinate project team activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget.

**Requirement**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken).
- **Technical Skills**:
○ Basic understanding of IT concepts, software development, and Metaverse technologies.

○ Experience with translation tools and software.
- **Communication Skills**:
○ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

○ Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Customer Service**:
○ Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a tech or software company.

○ Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- **Education and Experience**:
○ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Linguistics, or a related field.

○ 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tech industry.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Metaverse platforms, VR/AR technologies, or gaming.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Certification in translation or interpretation.
