**JOB SUMMARY**:
This role is to work within the production technical support with more focus on production finishing process review, troubleshooting finishing issue, providing drawdown card to check color mixing as well as conducting finishing technical training to Ashley teams and factory teams.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- _To work diligently with the VCs and QCs in their respective assigned factories._
- _Regularly update the daily report to superior for any immediate action._
- _Conduct production meeting, if necessary, for production solution and share knowledge about finishing process improvement._
- _Follow the Pilot run until finish and support in solving any finishing issue._
- _Follow Mass Production until finish and support in solving any finishing issue._
- _Color mixing and checking with standard proper tools for mixing ratio and formulation._
- _Step color panel review and confirm following Ashley standard._
- _Periodically review and reconfirm the step color panel for production reference, especially for all best seller products._
- _Other tasks assigned by direct report when necessary._

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Education**
- High School Graduate/Finishing Technical Course.
- **Experience**
- More than 5 years’ experience in in furniture industries is preferential.
- More than 2 years’ in creating color panel and developing new finishes.
- **Skills and Abilities**
- Good communication in basic English and Vietnamese. Or good communication in Chinese and Vietnamese.
- Remain proactive and interactive in achieving results through others.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Work independently, as well as, in team environment.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Effective multi-task management skills.
- Willing to learn new tolls (**Spectro photo meter machine) **for color panel checking, master production standard and step color panel reference.
