**General Missions**

Sales Executive will be responsible for selling all product categories, to include the preparation of complex itineraries with a mix of products; actively solicit, advise on best value, location, and mode of travel to meet agents’ needs whilst ensuring maximum customer service levels and their satisfaction.

**Specific Duties**
- Managing agent portfolio
- Elaborating tour programs according to agents’ request and following the sales department procedures
- Working with tour operator and suppliers to prepare tariff for new and existing travel agents.
- Co-operating with the operation and accounting departments to follow up and ensure the completion of the tour program created
- Provide thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate fully as a team member to assist as needed in completing all functions related to servicing the client, including selling additional products.
- Submit sale report, revenue report weekly, monthly, yearly to manager
- Carry out other tasks assigned by manager
- Others will be discussed during the interview

**Requirements**:

- Good spoken and written English
- At least 1 year experience in tour sale
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Team working spirit, networking power mind to work with same level of management.
- Mature, self-driven, possessed intellectual sales skills
