**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Own the PnL & strategy to grow Sale of Luxe Division on TikTok Shop**
- Deliver the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Target.
- Drive the E-JBP process with platforms.
- Analyze performance, execution, and ROI of promotions, as well as media budget spending.

**Manage platform team to ensure day-to-day Brand activity plan & Execution on platform (Promo, pricing, Media, visibility & traffic plan)**

**Responsible for overall operation of the Store (Stock, R&R, Scheme & Voucher set up)**
- Manage, analyze and put action place-in-place for all ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, bounce )
- Ensure that all ecommerce activities are consistent with the brand sense of purpose
- Work with Online brand manager for ensuring User Experience of the shop including Design, Content, and Navigation, Branding / Marketing, Performance, checkout funnel and promotion campaigns

**Work with Supply Chain team and Distributor to ensure ATP for the store in D2C and distributor**
- Supervise inbound slot booking & PO fulfillment
- Review replenish plan

**Manage affiliate partners** including: MCN partners, social agencies to drive affiliate performance of affiliates on TikTok Shop**

**REQUIREMENTS**

**People management**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong negotiation skill
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to set and track KPIs to ensure team performance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field (preferred)

**Strong understanding of digital/social commerce**
- In tune with social digital sphere trends
- Proficient understanding of digital performance analytics, Ecom platform & Livestream environment
- Proven experience in Ecom platforms/Ecom team of Brands

**Passion for brands & developing brands**
- Thinks brand strategy
- Imagines disruptive ways to drive livestreams
- Strong understanding of consumer and communications

**Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Power BI reading**
