Job description

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Utilize your expertise in C#,.NET framework, and VBA to create efficient and reliable software solutions.
Ensure the software meets high-quality standards by conducting thorough testing, debugging, and implementing effective QA & QC processes.
Work on software design, making sure it aligns with best practices and industry standards.
Create detailed documentation throughout the development process to aid in understanding, maintenance, and future enhancements.
Participate in requirement analysis and business analysis, contributing valuable insights to the overall development process.
Demonstrate proficiency in using version control software to manage codebase and facilitate collaborative development.
Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

**About You**:
Academic degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or related technical fields.
3 or more years of working experience in C#,.NET framework, VBA.
Experience with Winforms, MSSQL Server, Oracle and/ Or Access.
Ability to use English is an advantage.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is added advantage.
Proficiency in software design, debugging, documentation, testing, QA & QC.
Proficiency in development process, requirement analysis, business analysis.
Comfortable technically reviewing code and participating in design/architecture reviews.
