- Provide ticketing and reservation service to passengers/agencies via phone calls or over the counter.
- Handle complaint cases
- Maintain and develop sale channels
- Conduct marketing activities
- Others task relating to ticketing team.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Education: University Degree
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Reservation, Ticketing or Airline - Passenger Sales will be a Priority.
- Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing) is a must
- Basic presentation skills
- Microsoft office knowledge
- Hard working, motivated, and well-groomed
- Positive attitude towards learning, problem solving and team work
- Creative, innovative, and assertive
- Adaptability to changes
- Integrity - Fulfilling commitments.
- Applications should include a cover letter stating your motivation and suitability for the job as well as full Curriculum Vitae in English
