JOB PURPOSE
- Data Engineer is responsible for building data pipelines including ingression, ETL/ELT, data streaming, data lake, data warehouses, and data visualization.
- Data Platform Engineer is responsible for working on various data projects and processes, including orchestrating pipelines using modern Big Data tools/architectures, designing, engineering, and optimizing existing transactional data processing systems, and implementing security solutions and tools to identify and mitigate data security risks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Data Engineer
- As part of the Engineering team, you will work on implementing and deploying data pipelines including ingression, ETL/ELT, data streaming, data lake, data warehouses, and data visualization.
- Prepare data, cleanse data, and ensure data pipelines are built and maintained.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines, data services, and data infrastructure.

2. Data Platform Engineer
- Design, prototype, and implement Data Platform (DP), and Group Customer Data Platform (GCDP) related modules and products. Design and integrate these solutions into other systems in production.
- Implement security solutions for the products mentioned above, including secure access to data and system components, protocols, and cryptography solutions to protect sensitive data
- Ensure DP and GCDP comply with data privacy and data security laws
- Derive and analyze systems operations data (SLAs, customer satisfaction, etc.) to identify actionable trends for continual improvements
- Implement prevention, identification, and recovery methods to protect the systems against security threats. Periodically review the security of the operating system and resolves any identified vulnerabilities.
- Design, write and implement backup procedures for complex systems.
- Monitor batch processes and system performance

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1.Data Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent field.
- Over 3 years of experience working as a hands-on Data Engineer, Data Analyst
- Proven experience in one or more languages employed in data systems, e.g., Python, Scala, Java
- Proven experience in data integration, ingression, ETL, SQL
- Experience in developing real-time data streaming pipelines using Change Data Capture (CDC), Kafka, and Streamsets/NiFi/Flume/Flink/Spark.
- Experience in ETL technical design, automated data quality testing, QA and documentation, data warehousing, data modeling, and data wrangling.
- Experience working with AWS-managed service solutions and concepts such as VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, Athena, and Lake formation,...
- Preferable experience in DataOps/ ModelOps

2.Data Platform Engineer
