Lập kế hoạch tuyển dụng nhân viên cho công ty đặc biệt là các vị trí Developer thuộc các ngôn ngữ lập trình: Reactjs/ React Native/ Nodejs/ Flutter/ Ruby/ Python, AI, C#... và các job non IT: BrSE, Sales IT,...

Xây dựng thương hiệu tuyển dụng (chăm sóc nội dung tuyển dụng của công ty qua fanpage, website của công ty...)

**Chức vụ**: Nhân Viên/Chuyên Viên

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:
Mức lương: Từ 12.000.000 - 17.000.000đ

Thử việc full lương.

Thưởng tháng 13 + thưởng doanh thu (14-15 tháng lương/năm).

Gói chăm sóc sức khỏe toàn diện, đóng BHXH theo quy định luật LĐVN, khám sức khỏe định kỳ 1 năm/lần.

Có khu canteen riêng biệt, hiện đại.

Tham gia các hoạt động tea break hàng ngày, event sôi động, các hoạt động thể thao như bóng đá, game, open talk hàng tháng.

Teambuilding 4 tháng/lần, du lịch hàng năm.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Có kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng lĩnh vực IT từ 3 năm (ưu tiên từng làm việc tại các Công ty quy mô từ 100 nhân sự trở lên).

Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng mạng lưới, khai thác mạng xã hội trong tuyển dụng: Linkedin, Facebook....

Tinh thần trách nhiệm, chủ động trong công việc.

Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm, chịu được áp lực công việc.

Có khả năng giao tiếp, đàm phán và sắp xếp tổ chức công việc.

Ưu tiên ứng viên biết sử dụng các công cụ photoshop, cắt ghép ảnh/video...Có kỹ năng biên tập, sáng tạo thông điệp truyền thông, concept, content Marketing.
