We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Butler to join our leadership team and manage our dedicated staff in providing unparalleled service to our valued members.

Job duties:

- Reporting to Operation Manager/ Lounge Manager
- Working with staff to promote a friendly, secure, and professional work environment.
- Remembering and understanding all guest’s need before arrival and post departure
- Acting all the time in a courteous and efficient manner to all members.
- Providing exceptional service and facilitating general club operations
- Creating a memorable and unforgettable experience to our club’s member.
- Participating actively in all Front Office activitity for all the VIP’s guests.
- Maintaining all company’s safety, security, policy and procedures.
- Making sure that guest’s information are properly recorded and confidentiality.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Certificated in butler/ guest service
- Previous training/ experience in luxury hotel/ household management. At least 2-3 years as Butler in 5* hotel
- Fluent English communication
- Must possess competent knowledge in F&B
- Prefered: LGBT and male.
- Detail-oriented and strong multitasking abilities
- Outgoing, sociable and well-spoken personality.
