**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for providing technical advice and expertise concerning bearing and service products to MRO customers in their production facilities in order to convince them of the advantages of working with the company, thereby ensuring that the customers meet their demands with company products
- Responsible for contact to the maintenance and production departments of selected MRO customers
- Communicate the company/ FAG/ INA quality image in the market place
- Promote and sell services and service products to the MRO customer on site
- Promote and support sales of bearing products to the MRO customer on site
- Promote and specialised in company I4.0 products
- Supporting the regional marketing strategy (e.g. tradeshows, sales events)

Engineering:

- Technical advice to MRO customers.
- To perform trouble-shooting, equipment service, damage analysis and report
- Preparation of customer-specific design solutions and formulation of technical proposals in close consultation with External Sales and customers
- Assess rolling bearing failures and develop solutions to prevent further failures or, where a concern occurs, start and support the concern process
- Provide training (or promotional activities) to customer

Products and Services:

- Development of sales and profitable growth through close partnership with MRO Customers (for IAS service, I4.0 products as well as for all company Products
- Provide up-to-date engineering/ technical support to the MRO customers & Distributors
- Sell and perform IAS services on-site, e.g. bearing mounting supervision, condition monitoring services, training & field works.
- Promote sales of IAS service & I4.0 products in general
- Ensure that company products (the entire accessible and relevant range) are actively promoted = Cross-Selling
- Direct Contacts to MROs for IAS Business, Projects, and Replacement Business
- Cooperation with IAS, Sector Management, Application Engineering, and SSMs
- Mapping of MRO equipment and implementing data into related software systems

Communication:

- Develop and improve Customer Contacts with MROs on the shop floor level as well as on the production manager, maintenance manager and purchasing manager level
- Set up and provide Training Sessions for MRO Personnel (apprentices, engineers, tradesmen, fitters, support staff)
- Continuous Communication with appropriate Sector Management
- Report to the appropriate Sector Management on trends in the relevant industries, including competitor activities.
- Report and document to the distributor responsible on any bearing dealer contact

**Experience requirements**:

- A minimum of three (3) years of track record Service Engineering (E.g industrial product sales, condition monitoring etc.)
- Know-how of and experience in bearing technology and/ or service background is a plus
- Own vibration analysis certificate in any level (most important)
- Background in relevant industries in SEA (E.g: Pulp and Paper, Metal, Mining, Cement, Water Treatment, Food and Beverage, Palm Oil, etc.)
- Previous exposure to new digitalization concepts (Industry 4.0, Industry Internet of Things, etc.)
- Strong understanding of specifics in Industrial OEM business (E.g. design-in, product lifecycle management, cost-down approach etc.) and MRO business (E.g. Maintenance scheduling, equipment mapping etc.)
- Strong interest in sales, project, management, customer-oriented hunter mindset
- Outgoing, organized, proactive personality with can-do-attitude and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Strong communication skills at all organizational levels as well as
- Good communication skills in English (written and oral)
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowing how about computer interfacing, and data communication via Ethernet, Internet, GSM, modems & PLC communication protocol is a plus.

**Education requirements**:

- A degree in Machenical, Electronic, Mechantronic, Production or Mentallurgical Engineering
