POSITION OVERVIEW:
Job recruitment: IT Business Analyst/Developer
Location: Ho Chi Minh City.
Quantity: 1 - 2
An IT Business Developer is responsible for identifying and securing business opportunities in the field of Information Technology (IT).
This role combines sales, marketing, and strategic planning to promote IT products and services of the Company, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development:

- Identify potential clients and market segments to target for IT products and services.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams, such as IT technical team, accounting teams, audit teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
Client Relationship Management:

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and suggest IT solutions effectively.
- Conduct IT product and service’s presentations to the client and show the value of IT offerings of the Company.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries.
- Monitor and maintain client satisfaction levels.
Drive Revenue Growth:

- Collaborate with Admin Team to prepare and deliver service proposals, contracts.
- Monitor market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Discuss and provide recommendations to BOD about the developing strategic planning to boost sales effectiveness and IT business growth.
Reporting ability:

- Prepare regular or demanded reports to the BOD.
- Other further assignments will be presented in the interview.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT business development.
- Sound knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Strong understanding of client needs in the IT industry.
- Experience in implementing accounting software such as FAST, BRAVO, MISA.
- Good at communication.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Good English skills (reading, writing, speaking & listening).
