**JOB PURPOSE**:
Leads collaboration with cross-functional internal and external resources to develop the overall plans/programs, turn back to growth for Foundation portfolio (Establish products) to effectively contribute to the achievement of the Foundation business and company objectives.

**YOUR MAIN ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Planning and Financial management
- Lead the multiple therapeutic areas for building Brand strategy and developing a successful Portfolio Strategic Plan for up to 5 years, utilizing insights gained from customer and patient segmentation, environment, competitors and existing lifecycle management
- Proactively acquires a deep understanding of the external environment (healthcare system, policies and reforms) to anticipate future trends and formulates a strategic view of market, competition and products erosion in short term and long term
- Translates the Brand Plan into a strong actionable operational plan with clear goals, actions, accountabilities and measures across the cross-functional team which comply Bayer SOP and ethical standards
- Sets responsible and challenging goals with appropriate KPI’s for the brand that have a clear positive impact on business performance
- Define clear goals, actions, accountabilities and measures aligning on strategic plan and ensure business performance of portfolios in charged
- Monitor and manage marketing activities within budget allocation. Control supply and achieve forecast accuracy.

**YOUR KEY SKILLS**:

- University degree, medical background is preferable
- Multi-national companies experience at healthcare industry
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing for ETC brands
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Experience in developing brand plans and implementing execution plans
