**MỤC TIÊU**

**_OBJECTIVES_**

Trách nhiệm chính của Chuyên Viên Đảm Bảo Chất Lượng Ứng Dụng UB bao gồm việc thực hiện việc kiểm tra, phân tích đánh giá các sản phẩm, quy trình và trải nghiệm khách hàng trên ứng dụng di động UB. Vị trí này góp phần hoàn thiện và cải tiến các tính năng về mặt hệ thống đảm bảo sự vận hành của ứng dụng và báo cáo các vấn đề cũng như tồn đọng lên cấp trên.
- UB Mobile Application Quality Assurance Specialist’_s major responsibility is to conduct tests, do analysis to ensure quality of products, processes and customer experience in UB mobile app. This position contributes to completion and improvement of systems to ensure throughout operations of the app and escalation of issues and potential road blocks._

**TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH**

**_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- Phát hiện các vấn đề phát sinh, phân tích xử lý lỗi, điều tra nghiên cứu các nguyên nhân cốt lỗi và đóng góp giải quyết vấn đề hoặc đề xuất các giải pháp để giải quyết các vấn đề tồn đọng trước khi triển khai chính thức
- Identify issues, implement debugging process, investigate root causes and contribute to address or propose solutions to resolve issues before launching in production_
- Nhận biết các vấn đề cũng như cơ hội tiềm năng phát triển quy trình cho vay của khách hàng. Chủ động chia sẻ/báo cáo các thông tin thu thập được với các quản lý sản phẩm và đề xuất thay đổi cho lộ trình sản phẩm
- Identify issues and potential opportunities to improve the customer on-boarding process. Proactively escalate/share inputs with product managers, to accommodate needed changes into product roadmap_
- Triển khai các hoạt động trải nghiệm thử các sản phẩm và tính năng với khách hàng, tình nguyện viên và nhân viên
- Facilitate events of product and functionality tests with customers, volunteers and staff_
- Trình bày dữ liệu và các đề xuất cho các bên liên quan
- Present data, recommendations to stakeholders_
- Các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên
- Other tasks, as per assignment of upper manager_

**_REQUIREMENTS_**

**Trình độ học vấn**

**_Education_**
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học - chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin
- University Graduate - major IT_

**Kinh nghiệm**

**_Experience_**
- Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực phát triển các sản phẩm kỹ thuật và đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm kỹ thuật
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in technical product development and technical product quality assurance_
- Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong Manual Tester
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in Manual Tester_
- Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm trong ngành Tài chính công nghệ
- Preferred experience in Fintech_

**Kỹ năng**

**_Skills_**
- Yêu cầu ngôn ngữ: Tiếng Việt - Bản xứ, tiếng Anh - Thành thạo
- Language requirements: Vietnamese - Native, English - Fluent_
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong các lĩnh vực sau:

- Kỹ năng máy tính: thành thạo Microsoft Office, đặc biệt là Power Point và Excel
