- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and reliable backend systems and services using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members, including frontend developers, product managers, and designers, to define and deliver software solutions that meet customer needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party systems and services.
- Ensure the security and privacy of user data by implementing best practices and standards.
- Optimize backend systems and services for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in code reviews, software architecture discussions, and other team activities to improve the quality and efficiency of the development process.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and develop their skills.
- Design & automate backend development workflow using new AI approach: LLM

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 4 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems and services.
- Knowledge of deployment automation, CI/CD & monitoring tools: Docker, AWS, gitlab CI/CD
- Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages, such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices and tools, such as agile methodologies, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other team members effectively.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Previous research experience in designing programming language
