Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft 365 Support:
- Manage user accounts, including creating, modifying, and deleting users, ensuring correct access levels and permissions.
- Network Monitoring:
- Monitor and maintain the company's network, ensuring stable connectivity for all employees.
- Troubleshoot network-related issues, working with external vendors if necessary.
- User Account Management:
- Create, delete, and modify user accounts as per requests and ensure proper access control across the organization.
- General IT Support:
- Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues, including laptops, printers, and other office equipment.
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the necessary IT tools and training.
- Provide basic training to employees on IT tools and best practices.
- Documentation:
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all IT-related procedures, including user guides and troubleshooting steps.
- Document and report recurring issues to identify and implement long-term solutions.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or similar role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and experience with Wi-Fi network monitoring.
- Familiarity with user account management and IT security best practices.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
