Location: Jewelry Service Center, 3rdFloor, SAVICO Building

Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC

Time working: Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 6:00 pm & Saturdays 8:30 am to 12 Noon

**Main duties**:

- Receiving repairs from walk-in customers and boutique
- Prepare repair receipt
- Coordinate with the watchmaker to prepare the estimation
- Forward estimation to the customers/boutique
- Follow up with the customers/ boutique and upon approval pass the watch to the watchmaker for necessary intervention
- Check for the spare parts availability and place the order to HO
- Followup with HO for the spare parts and keep informing the customer/ Boutique on the lead time
- Upon completion of the repair, do a final check (timing and functions)
- Inform the customer/boutique of the collection
- Coordinate to issue the VAT invoice
- Follow up with the payment
- Inventory
- Prepare monthly report
- Repair statistics by brand
- Other tasks assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Graduated fromCollege/University
- Having Receptionist/ Customer Service experience is an advantage
- Having good attitude to learn new skillsand ability for quick adaptation.
- Able to work solely, having good communication for working with other departments
- Proficiency in MS Offices Skills
- **Fluent English** is a must**
