**Job Description**:

- Participate in **Agile** software development, prototyping, and code review with the development team.
- Continuously research and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Collaborate with all functions in the business, including Project Management, Implementation, BA, and BD and support in bid/ proposals.
- Perform hands-on coding and code review as other peer developers as needed
- Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans

**Qualifications**:

- Having minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with over 2 years in similar position at Lead level.
- Expert experience of developing projects based on Java with Spring stack (Spring, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Boot)
- Strong experience with OO design
- Experiences with APIs (Restful/SOAP) development and integration.
- Experience in microservices and cloud environment (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Familiar with the Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
- At least an intermediate skill level of English.
- Digital Thinker, Product Mindset, Can-do attitude, and Adaptable
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
