- Controlling IT system to ensure smooth operation.
- Install and configure computer systems, software, hardware, printers, and scanners.
- Administration of networks and related services.
- Maintain, repair, or replace information technology assets.
- Creating accounts for new users.
- Manage both landlines and mobile phones.
- First-level support for the user when technical issues arising.
- Obtain quotes, communicate with local IT suppliers.
- Managing the local IT part of the Mapex project.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
**Requirement**:
- Male/ Female. 25 - 40 years old
- Graduated from university or higher in information technology
- At least 02 years of experience in the same position for manufacturing companies.
- Knowledge in networking, VoIP, labels printer (Zebra) and Basic ERP is plus point.
- Good English communication
