MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
**1. Business Development**:
Identify and target potential clients in the corporate, travel, and event planning sectors.
Develop and implement strategies to attract new business and expand the hotel's customer base.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel.
**2. Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and smooth event execution.
**3. Sales Targets**:
Set and achieve sales targets to contribute to the overall revenue goals of the hotel.
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
**4. Collaboration**:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Collaborate with the reservations and event planning teams to coordinate bookings and events.
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
**5. Market Research**:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market demands.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Goal-oriented and results-driven.
