**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **Job description**:
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Develop and maintain software systems based on.NET technologies.
- Confer with system analysts, programmers, and others to design systems and obtain information on project limitations, capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces.
- Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
- Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or improve its performance.
- Determine system performance standards.
- Design, develop, and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor/College’s degree in Information Technology or similar technical fields.
- **2-4 years of hands-on experience** in.NET technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.
- Comfortable technically reviewing code and participating in design/architecture reviews.
- Good English competencies in communication skills.
