**Job Purpose**/ **_Mục Đích Công Việc_**:

- As a key member of Financial Business Partner Team (“FBP”), evaluating financial performance of all investment projects initiated by Golden Resources Group, Hong Kong (“GR”) as well as all Circle K Vietnam’s (“CKVN”) own business projects by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans/ forecasts./ _Là một thành viên chủ chốt của nhóm Kế hoạch và phân tích tài chính, thực hiện đánh giá kết quả tài chính của tất cả các dự án đầu tư được tài trợ bởi Golden Resources Group, Hong Kong (“GR”) cũng như tất cả các dự án kinh doanh của Circle K Việt Nam (“CKVN”) bằng cách phân tích và so sánh số liệu thực tế với kế hoạch/ dự báo._
- Support the Financial Controller to provide analysis and commentary, to highlight risk and improvement area for management decision making./ _Hỗ trợ Giám Đốc Kiểm Soát Tài chính đưa ra các phân tích và bình luận, nhấn mạnh vào các mảng có rủi ro và cần cải thiện trong quá trình tư vấn đưa ra quyết định của Ban lãnh đạo._
- Support the enhancement of the Finance function of CKVN, including but not limited to revamping current management reporting processes and design, aiming at more timely, relevant and easy to understand by working closely with the reporting team to ensure accurate financial reporting./ _Hỗ trợ thực hiện cải thiện các phần hành Tài chính của CKVN, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn trong việc cải thiện và thiết kế các quy trình báo cáo hiện tại, hướng tới mục tiêu kịp thời, liên quan, dễ hiểu bằng cách làm việc chặt chẽ với Nhóm lập báo cáo để đảm bảo tính chính xác của báo cáo tài chính._
- Lead and manage the internal control team to set up processes/ procedures to make sure the proper controls are in place related but not limited to inventory management, operations management, cost management, fixed assets,organize and conduct periodical audits and un-periodical audits for inventory management, operations management, cost management to reinforce the controls in reality and update/revise the processes/procedures as per management requirements./ _Dẫn dắt và quản lý Nhóm kiểm soát nội bộ thực hiện thiết lập các quy trình/thủ tục nhằm đảm bảo kiểm soát chặt chẽ và không giới hạn trong các phần hành liên quan: Quản lý hàng tồn kho, Quản lý vận hành, Quản trị chi phí, tài sản,và tổ chức thực hiện các đợt kiểm toán định kỳ và không định kỳ các phần hành: Quản lý hàng tồn kho, Quản lý vận hành, Quản trị chi phí nhằm hỗ trợ cho việc kiểm soát trong thực tế và cập nhật/chỉnh sửa các quy trình/thủ tục theo yêu cầu của Ban lãnh đạo._
- Coordinate with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all data handled by FP&A team./ _Phối hợp với nhóm Phân tích và Hoạch định Tài chính (FP&A) để đảm bảo tính đúng đắn và thống nhất của các số liệu nhóm FP&A phụ trách._

- Evaluate financial performance of all investment or business projects initiated by GR management or CKVN, including but not limited to new sites, site renewals, major renovation and major projects, and conduct post-implementation reviews by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans/ forecasts / _Thực hiện đánh giá kết quả tài chính của tất cả các dự án đầu tư hoặc kinh doanh được tài trợ bởi Ban lãnh đạo GR hoặc CKVN, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn: Mở địa điểm kinh doanh mới, gia hạn thuê và cải tạo địa điểm kinh doanh và dự án lớn, và tiến hành rà soát, đánh giá kết quả sau khi thực hiện dự án bằng cách phân tích và so sánh số liệu thực tế với kế hoạch/ dự báo._
- Provide adequate commentaries on the results of the analyses with useful financial insight for business judgment to facilitate management discussions and support decision making / _Đưa ra các nhận xét đầy đủ về kết quả phân tích để tập trung vào các điểm cốt lõi với các thông tin tài chính nội tại hữu ích về các lựa chọn kinh doanh nhằm phục vụ và hỗ trợ cho việc thảo luận và đưa ra quyết định của Ban lãnh đạo_
