**Vacancy Intro**:
Royal HaskoningDHV is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support the organization while providing oversight on projects within our organization.

An Assistant Project Manager is a professional who helps the Project Director and Project Manager, take on administrative duties and independently manage some of the necessary elements to ensure projects are completed on time.

Assistant Project Manager’s responsibilities include coordinating with different departments to ensure projects are completed on time. This role is also responsible for performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, building estimates and scheduling meetings as needed.

Ultimately, you will work closely together with the Project Director and Project Manager and their teams and stakeholders to monitor project progress and provide oversight to ensure projects are completed promptly and within budget.

**What will you do**:

- Research information to support other teams and departments as needed
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Keep track of and report on project progress
- Complete any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner
- Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager orderly and efficiently
- Supporting the Project Director in:

- Monitoring build progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality
- Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions
- Meeting with clients, stakeholders and project managers to report on project progress
- Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
- Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
- Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage
- Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project
- Managing project managers and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams
- Working in an office and on a construction site.

**What you bring**:

- Proven work experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (Word, Excel, Power Point). Power BI is an advantage
- Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several critical activities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills, both verbal and written
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Assistance / Administrator in project management consultancy and / or construction site.
