- Cooperate with internal and external department to check for import export shipping document
- Cooperate with internal and external department to arrange goods receiving, checking goods inhouse and proceed delivery to customers
- Arrange customs clearance with logistics agent
- Prepare supporting documents for all the relevant processing (payment requisition, delivery note, draft invoice, invoice.)
- In charge of other tasks as required.
