Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure seamless integration of back-end systems.
- Create and maintain architecture and technical design documents that define the system's functionality, scalability, and security.
- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to junior engineers to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to help them grow their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and tools related to back-end development.
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from design to deployment, to ensure high-quality delivery of software products.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for back-end systems.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in back-end development in Java
- Strong knowledge of back-end frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
