Teacher Quality Assurance Officer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Observe online classes directly or via recordings as scheduled or when needed,
- Conduct necessary training for teachers according to Kyna training scripts,
- Support to check, monitor, remind, and guide teachers to follow the rules and regulations as stated in the Teacher Handbook,
- Control teaching quality to improve overall quality in accordance to Kyna Englishs academic guidelines,
- Support resolving emergency issues or customer complaints relating to teaching quality,
- Support team members in handling requests and concerns regarding teaching methodology from teachers,
- Other duties as assigned.

**WORKING TIME & LOCATION**:

- Working Time: Monday Saturday: 8:30am-5:30pm
- Location: 5th Floor, Bcons Tower 176/1-3 Nguyen Van Thuong street, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, HCMC.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Academic background and qualification: University degree in English Pedagogy or university degree with teaching experience.
- At least 3 years in teaching English, online teaching experience preferred,
- IELTS 7.0 or higher,
- Customer-oriented, student-focus mindset,
- Strong office productivity level & time management ability,
- Advanced communication skills,
- Eager to learn, ambitious and energetic,
- Responsible, hard-working and ready to work to meet deadlines,
- Attention to details.
