- Thống nhất phương án tổ chức với khách hàng/trưởng bộ phận cấp trên.
- Đảm bảo chất lượng nội dung chương trình. Tối ưu hoá nhân sự cho từng event.
- Triển khai vận hành, giám sát hoạt động từng event phụ trách
- Giao đầu việc và nghiệm thu các hạng mục trong event (nội dung, thiết kế, truyền thông...) từ các bộ phận khác trong phòng event cũng như trong công ty và toà soạn.
- Trực tiếp quản lý/điều phối/triển khai dự án mình phụ trách, kết hợp với các phòng ban khác cùng thực hiện một cách tốt nhất.
- Tìm kiếm, mở rộng quan hệ với các nhà cung cấp chất lượng tốt nhất phù hợp với từng loại sự kiện diễn ra.
- Báo cáo
- Có trách nhiệm gửi báo cáo tổng kết cho khách hàng/trưởng bộ phận. Bảo vệ phương án điều chỉnh KPI nếu cần.
- Phản hồi, đánh giá hiệu quả phối hợp của các phòng ban liên quan.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác được trưởng bộ phận, ban lãnh đạo giao.

- Tối thiểu 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực tổ chức sự kiện thể thao, quy mô lớn
- Khả năng sử dụng tiếng anh lưu loát
- Có khả năng xử lý các tình huống và vấn đề phát sinh.
- Có khả năng lãnh đạo và làm việc nhóm
- Có kỹ năng đàm phán, thuyết phục, giao tiếp và thuyết trình
- Nhanh nhẹn, sẵn sàng nhận nhiệm vụ được giao
