**Credit Controller**:
**Mission**

As credit Controller, you will contribute to further strengthen the credit and collection processes, including risk and exposure assessment. The function focus is to improve the overall processes and always become more efficient in the way we do our job.

As Credit Controller, you will assist the Business Controller (BC) and contribute to further

strengthen the financial reporting, controlling and administrative structure. The focus is to

improve the overall processes and to always become more efficient.

**Responsibilities**
- Back-up SNOW ticket approvals such as new customers and updates of existing customers.
- Check, if needed investigate and release orders in credit block.
- Provide and analyze credit reports.
- Decide upon credit worthiness, set and approve credit limits for new and existing customers within the authority stipulated by the credit policy.
- Give recommendation regarding credit worthiness and approval of credit limits for amounts exceeding authority stipulated by credit policy.
- Ensure that customers with outstanding amounts are daily monitored, followed-up.
- Maintain list of bad debts provision and give recommendation to BC who decides how much should be provided each month.
- Give recommendation to BC regarding realized bad debts write off. Instruct Shared Service to book write offs in SAP.
- Register disputes in SAP and notify claim handlers when a new dispute is registered.
- Produce monthly aging report.
- Monitor and provide weekly Accounts Receivable overview to the management.
- Maintain a well working collection process.
- Organize collection meetings with BLMs.
- Issue and maintain the credit policy, give recommendation to the customer of needed updates in the policy.
- Ensure flow of invoices and dunning letters are working well.
- Yearly review and adjustments of customers credit limits.
- Daily check of alerts from BC. Take actions based on the information provided by BC.

The main tasks within the Credit Controller and responsibilities are specified as, but not limited to:

- Prepare and participate in external and internal audits
- Cooperate with service and logistics BKUs
- Ad hoc financial analysis and management support.
- Create and develop management reports on demand and/or by own initiative
- Power BI report
- Prepare and maintain Forecasts in Quantum

**Experience**
- University degree in Business administration or similar
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in credit function
- Good knowledge in Excel and SAP ECC, SAP BW, Power BI
- Fluency in English
