**Job description**:

- Build and maintain the backend infrastructure that powers our innovative platform, using** Golang/Java/Python** and cutting-edge technologies.
- Ensure the stability and performance of our services and APIs, delivering a seamless experience for our users.
- Handle errors quickly and efficiently, keeping our systems up and running.
- Work closely with frontend teams to understand requirements and provide technical support.
- Write technical documentation and conduct testing to ensure code quality and stability.
- Collaborate with other engineers to share knowledge and drive innovation.
- Working hours**: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **(Monday through Saturday), with Sundays off.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Bachelor‘s degree in Software Development or a related field.
- **3+ years of experience** in **backend/fullstack** development with a strong focus on **Golang/Java/Python** and at least one database (MySQL, PostgreSQL or one kind of NoSQL).
- Experience in architecting and scaling micro-service systems.
- Strong expertise in search technologies (Elasticsearch/Typesense) and in-memory data stores (Redis/Memcached/Hazelcast).
- Proficiency with messaging queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Fluency with CI/CD pipelines and tools. Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services (AWS).
- Enthusiasm for learning and a problem-solving mindset. Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
